I got home from Brindisi and I discovered that it “rained” oranges in my back yard. I have three orange trees and it the oranges will continue to fall. My landlady told I should make a marmalade… It’s supposed to be easy — 1/2 oranges and 1/2 sugar. I never made any marmalade before but this sounds like a great idea!
